• Custom design work, code, and strategies created specifically for a client become the client’s property upon full payment
• Pre-existing templates, frameworks, or methodologies remain Dimitri Sych’s intellectual property
• Client shall not reproduce, distribute, or resell deliverables without explicit written permission
